No supervision supervisor created a hostile environment talking about other coworkers I worked for 11 years there and had no problems until they decided to fire the supervisor on site at the Wayne Hospital then they had three supervisors coming from Saint Joseph Patterson hospital to supervise one day a week at the Wayne Hospital the supervisor cathy was known to talk about her employees with other employees I couldn’t take it anymore so I finally quit it is not a pleasant place to work after going to HR I can’t believe that they still have that supervisor there

I went to college for Medical Secretary and was hired quickly. Stayed for a couple years went back to school in San Francisco College of Mortuary college, went two years plus worked same time, lived on premises. Stayed on after until my dad needed me more. Did everything.

I had moved from Az to Mo so as to care for my aging mother. I love the ER and found this hospital that was close to home.
