About Clinical Trial Associate

What does a Clinical Trial Associate do?

As Clinical Trial Associates, we support many current and upcoming clinical trials. Our role required us to manage patient enrollment, data, and research-related material about clinical trial spots and study contribution. The main part of our job is to make sure that the investigators follow the defined clinical procedures and regulatory requirements. As Clinical Trial Associates, we also contribute our input into data authentication. We are also tasked with monitoring and managing information gathered from site visits and research records.

Core tasks:

  • conducting site initiation, site evaluation, and regular monitoring
  • completing visit information and follow up letters as per protocols
  • maintaining visit agenda for a variety of studies
  • developing and implementing research-specific checking tools
  • serving as the main contact for handling the relationship with assigned sites
  • advising and training site staff
