What does a Counsel do?

As counsels, we provide legal advice and support to upper authorities on different legal issues. We ensure the internal controls and regulations are compliant with standards. We handle the errors and risks in decision-making and business processes. It is our duty to calculate the errors. We draft the legal documents, such as agreements and contracts. Even more, we implement the procedures according to trademarks and patents. Our duties include handling the litigations. We remain updated with changes in laws. We enhance the legal functionalities of our clients. Some of us also provide guidance to our clients and organizations. To conclude, we deliver input on business decisions.
