I am leaving HCSC because they will not allow me to transfer my current work from home job to a different state. I have worked for HCSC for almost 8.5 yrs & 7.5 yrs of those I have worked from home. I am a stellar employee with rave reviews, but since I wouldn't live in one of their "approved" states I have to quit my job! This is unfair as there are currently people with the same job title as me that currently work in "non approved" states because when HCSC has a different CEO years ago they allowed employees to work anywhere in the US. Now those employees are grandfathered in and working in "unapproved" states. This job is something that can be done from anywhere! There is no reason an established employee should not be able to work in a different state! Also, HCSC is parent company to Luminare health and luminare health is currently allowing fully remote jobs in ANY state in the US! Definitely not a company who cares about their employees! We are just a number to them.

I didn't make any more than minimum wage but the boss I had Mary was so wonderful the lack of what you making wages and not getting overtime kind of made up for the rest of it she was always understanding always tells you you did a great job just a pleasure to work for so I stayed because of her and cleaning in a senior citizen place isn't very easy high-paced if you like exercise that's the job for you

I worked twice for Baptist Health Care. Once in their covid-19 clinic during the pandemic as a Data Entry specialist. The position was excellent. I was taught the abbreviations I needed to know for the job. My colleagues were welcoming. My supervisor took the time to make sure I knew the material for the job. The second time I worked as an ER Registration clerk. The people and supervisor were again, excellent. The job required 12 hour shifts, 3 times a week. Dispite this requirement, I enjoyed the people I worked with.
