Horrific management. They have zero clue what it takes to motivate or incentivize employees. Christmas gift was a $10 Starbucks electronic gift card so in case you didn’t use it they wouldn’t have to pay the $10. Or the following year when whatever company branded item was going to be a Christmas gift, never arrived, they just completely ignored, giving a gift to their employees for Christmas.

They just called a laidoff a whole division it was the worst job I every had. I have never had my hours change so many times.
