What does an Office Coordinator do?

As Office Coordinators, we are responsible for communicating with staff and overseeing property management services. We order office supplies and plan meeting rooms. We manage documentation, set up personnel files, and confirm that data remains accurate. Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and coordinating the group interview process is one of our main responsibilities. We organize relevant office events and manage correspondence with service vendors. Working as Office Coordinators, we order and maintain office supplies and organize staff meetings. We also coordinate corporate events and process paperwork for customers and employees.
