What does a Collections Supervisor do?

Functioning as Collections Supervisors, we are responsible for managing the activities of the staff members of the collections department. We oversee the provision of customer services and ensure their authenticity. Our main goal is to develop new strategies for the collections department to achieve the desired goals of the company. Functioning as Collections Supervisors, we are accountable for executing the newly designed procedures in the collections department to identify their functionality and issues. We track the department metrics to monitor the progress of the collections management and maintenance. We supervise the newly hired team members and guide them about their work.

Core tasks:

  • addressing the queries of customers
  • participating in the performance appraisals
  • describing the company goals and standards to the team members
  • mentoring and coaching the team members
  • developing new development strategies
