About Collector

What does a Collector do?

As Collectors, we track debtors down by phone or mail and assist them to make payments by negotiating repayment plans, and encouraging them to find alternative payment solutions. We interview our clients through phones to establish their ability to pay the debt and also suggest sources of money for debt payments. We encourage our clients to utilize payment options such as credit cards, and securing information for administrative services to process payment. We also communicate with clients to negotiate settlements by arranging clients’ payments over a longer time.
