The money can be good since it gets busy before events. Your shift can be finished within 5 hours and you’ll leave with at least $150. The problem with this location is the management.
Managers are unprofessional and if you’re not good with the managers you won’t make money. I’ve seen managers date staff members and give significant others and friends the best shifts and dining parties & sell what I believe to be cocaine in the bar. Also, if you’re not woke or part of the “rainbow” brigade you won’t do well here.

Fleming's is a restaurant that serves only prime cuts, fresh seafood, fine spirits, has 100 wines by the glass and over 100 wines available by the bottle only. I would go to work in the afternoons and do my assigned sidework and make sure my section was perfect.

Managers are required to work 11 hour days. Rarely I'll work a 9 hour day. More often than I enjoy I'll work a 12 to 14 hour day. My Upper management frequently asks me to come to work or answer phone/emails on my days off.
