I explained my circumstances (school and another job) prior to being hired. Management ensured they understood and would abide. Not only was I scheduled during times I previously explained I couldn’t work, but on one occasion I was written up. A day AFTER I physically wrote out a reminder to the scheduling manager (he had failed to allow my to enter my availability in the scheduling software up to this point). Management was condescending, unprofessional, vindictive, and showed SIGNIFICANT favourtism.
