About Resident Services Coordinator

What does a Resident Services Coordinator do?

As Resident Services Coordinators, we provide assistance to residents of a housing community. We make sure that the residents are getting required services. By researching residential services such as healthcare, transportation, and education, we recommend the residents to avail these services in an effective manner. We also assist property management staff in performing property related operations. It is our responsibility to design and implement community services programs to help residents involve in community service activities. We also conduct surveys to identify the needs of residents. It is our prime duty to prepare reports on allocation of services to residents and inform the concerned authorities of any form of neglection.

Core tasks:

  • provide support to residents of a community to resolve their problems and avail adequate services
  • research and refer residential services to residents
  • organize community service activities and programs
  • prepare detailed report on allocation of community services to residents
