What does a Tax Supervisor do?

As Tax Supervisors, we manage tax projects for multiple client engagements in a broad variety of industries to proactively provide unique and personalized tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise directly to clients. We also advise our clients on the best tax strategies including tax minimization and profitability planning while collaborating with legal, business, and finance practices and comply with all relevant regulatory agencies’ laws, regulations, and guidelines. We are tasked with managing and mentoring new staff accountants on tax planning and other related projects to prepare them for their future roles.

Core tasks:

  • review the work done by other associates and provide them with constructive criticism
  • develop and update in-house training initiatives
