The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 2002. The organization is committed to guarding lives, minimizing the risk of disease, and strengthening health and wellness systems in underdeveloped countries around the world. CHAI is headquartered in Boston, MA with operations in more than 36 countries around the globe. The nonprofit organization allows over 80 countries to get facilitated in getting diagnostics, vaccines, and medical devices at a negotiated rate. The focused programs by the organization are about diseases of Tuberculosis, Hepatitis, Maternal, Newborn Health, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and more. The ultimate mission of the organization is to make sure everyone gets access to better healthcare. It is an employee-based system and recruits humanitarians at its several office locations. CHAI promises to reward hard workers and pays benefits to its employees that include comprehensive traditional benefits.
