Was hired as a CRS they provided training to all new employees, full or part-time. after training you can work from home or work in the office. They provided the equipment for you to take home.
I worked from home which was really nice there was no distractions. There was good tech support for IT if you needed it. You was put with a team after certain amount time. The teams members were very nice an helpful.
The only down fall with that company they let you go or laid you off with out the option to hire you back when the company got back top working again. I thought that would be an option to hire back people that they let go since they did do the training, and could continue to train if needed when hired back.
Also when I was hire at $15 hour and then announced that there was going to be a pay raise to $18.50 and that was for people that just start at the time I did.
I liked working with the customers, calling and chatting or email.
Pros and Cons
friendly, good pay, good benefits, good training.
no notice of lay-off or to hire back.
