Functioning as Mental Health Associates, we are responsible for establishing accurate records of patient’s treatment and their continuous progress. We communicate directly with the registered nurses of the hospitals regarding the changes in patient’s existing conditions. Working as Mental Health Associates, we have the ability to observe the patient all the time and make reports on his changes. We ensure the proper safety of patients by performing different safety verification tasks daily. We participate in the development and maintenance of a therapeutic environment for the patients.
