I was only briefly employed at Trilliant of my own doing. They got wind I was quitting before I actually gave my notice and it was no fun beyond that point. During my time with the company every decision I made was questioned by people/leadership/management that had no idea what I was doing or what my goals had been or the subject matter of my profession. Everything I did created waves with more tenured people. Direction was poor. One day a request from one manager and the next it was reversed by the plant manager (she didn’t know what she was doing either). People hired for title not experience or expertise. I doubt they looked at resumes. The hired a Warehouse Manager and a QA manager that have/had little to no experience in directing needed and expected change. CEO is nice but less intelligent than a caveman.
