The place is run by a bunch of clowns. That is why people keep jumping ship. I am glad to be gone so I can breathe with no one watching me. Non- performers get away with it. If you report it you get fired.

Pros and Cons
Nothing. Even the Christmas party was on the chest.
Stupid management.

XPO is a woke company, they love the gays and lesbians, no chance of advancement, they do not promote from within, no set schedule, can't plan anything, if you do, you will have to cancel, its dirty, cold, hot, wet, and poor equipment, write up equipment daily and nothing gets fixed,

After 25+ yrs of service. Without a personal injury and accumulating approximately 2.5 Million Accident free miles. I was falsely accused and terminated for something I had nothing to do with. My record should have spoke for itself. Management is 2 faced. Will stab you in the back and act like they are doing you a favor while wiping off the blade.

Pros and Cons
Home everyday, Off on the weekends.

started working at southwest cold storage in 2008. was bought by Jacobson warehousing in 2010 then in 20 15 became part of xpo logistics. from there it began to go bad .too many corporate stooges came in and slowly began to disrupt operations. friendship and comradery fell apart. it was look out for yourself. drivers who had 15 plus years began early retirement our simply quit. i was one of them. since there several of us have had xpo lie about us and file false claims on d.a.c. reports and csa reports.

Pros and Cons
it was a job
no loyality. too much politics and back stabbing

The team I was paired with was very non transparent in their feelings towards me. My experience was very twisted one minute they appreciated my work the next I was being blamed for the mistakes of others… not only that I had a very disheartening and dangerous experience where I passed out and woke up with unusual scars on my body the team failed to call an ambulance and to give me more insight on the incident not only that but I was lied to when I asked to see footage of the incident, yet I heard everyone else had seen it. Not to mention the remarks that came from my team members about routine (noose checks which is a procedure to check children’s clothing and other products with rope material) the MC that asked me what a noose was as if it was very unfamiliar to her alarmed me because she had been in that position three months before I was hired not only that but I witnessed a team member flash a RFID reader in another employees face on purpose. Not the safest place to work honestly

Pros and Cons
When I wasn’t being antagonized by the team the independents was nice but poorly guided
I don’t want to judge XPO as a whole but the HR and accuracy team absolutely needs improvement

I worked for XPO since September 2020. I have a disability that requires me to go to the hospital. XPO uses a point system and allows 10 points a year, the issue is, there is no such thing as an excused absence….meaning if you are hospitalized and come back with a doctors note, or have to be off of work due to an emergency related to personal issues, IT WILL NOT BE EXCUSED. You will be penalized and this is what caused me to lose my job
