What does an Assistant Team Leader do?

In our capacity as Assistant Team Leaders, we run a team under the direction of a Team Leader. Our primary focus is to implement daily business operations. In addition, we perform the functions of the Team Leader in his/her absence. Our core tasks include delegating daily tasks, answering employee questions, and resolving issues. Working as Assistant Team Leaders, we also assist in the employee selection process.

Core tasks:

  • assist the team leader in managing a team
  • perform the functions of the team leader in his/her absence
  • assist in hiring and supervising staff members
