About Customer Account Administrator

What does a Customer Account Administrator do?

As Customer Account Administrators, we review and reconcile accounts, process payments to external partners and maintain updated records of invoices and receipts, resolve customer issues and requests, and support alerts that deal with technology for client sites, including hardware and software. The Customer Account Administrators attend to support requests via phone, email, and web portal, document support issues, and resolutions, drive strong customer satisfaction, respond to incoming customer issues, ownership of problems, collaborate with other teams, and escalation. According to company standards, we develop client product and underwriting files, research and troubleshoot accounting issues, prepare financial statements promptly, review and reconcile accounts. We manage bank deposit and cash disbursement activities, manage check payment postings, assist in audit activities, participate in the development of regulatory filings, address both client and team problems, provide excellent customer service.

Core tasks:

  • perform daily database maintenance *resolve outstanding issues on client accounts
  • attend client meetings and board meetings
  • develop and manage daily paperwork for invoicing and mailing
