What does a QA Director do?

As QA Directors, we manage the team of QA Analysts, and establish quality assurance within an organization. We are responsible for the establishment and administration of QA methods. We build assessment practices and conduct their implementation. Improving key business and quality processes is one of our main duties.

Core tasks:

  • ensuring quality compliance with current QA practices
  • define key quality assurance programs
  • oversee group performance
  • providing support to the QA department
  • mentoring the QA team
  • writing reports
