As Customer Care Representatives, we are responsible for putting the sales plan into action by giving competent sales presentations to customers. We utilize all marketing and sales materials aimed at a specific audience. We call doctors, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. Planning activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action is also a part of our duty. We participate in training and development programs. Working as Customer Care Representatives, we are responsible for complying with all corporate and industry policies and procedures. We provide excellent customer service to meet our performance targets. Finally, we seek assistance from other team members or the supervisor as necessary.
