Lightedge Solutions is a company seeking direction. They believe you can buy their way to success. Maybe a large company could win with this strategy but a small company cannot.
Lightedge suffers from sr leadership deficiencies at the vp level and above. They do not understand that pushing people to a breaking point does not equal to success. You have to build!
They have most recently performed a reorg letting high priority support staff and managers go. A sign that either a company is hurting for cash or limiting staff totals for a pending company sale.
I would stay away from this company in its present shape.
