As executive housekeepers, we control and direct the housekeeping tasks and manage the overall operation of the housekeeping department. Our duties include coordinating between the working crews for seamless functions. We are responsible for creating and implementing operating standards and strategies. Furthermore, we coordinate the assigned areas to the responsible personnel. We are responsible for applying the HRM skills for performance evaluation. Some of us also manage the financial management tasks. In addition, we handle the administrative tasks of the houskeeping depratment. It is our duty to clean the hotels and guestrooms. Lastly, we comply with the housekeeping budgets.
