The company is an ego factory for Lee. I was creative director there and I know what I’m talking about. I don’t know why he has a staff. If it’s not his idea it doesn’t exist.

Monster is way behind their competition, and is going downhill very fast. This is absolutely not a place to advance your career, so don't even think about working here.
