What does a Resident Director do?

We, resident directors, cover the development plan and manage the students. We explain the administrative responsibilities of teams. We create an engaging and positive environment for employees. We help students build relationships with the facilities. Our duties also include participating in community events. As resident directors, we also interact with the residents. We provide social, personal, and academic support to the residents. We use the data for assessing the students’ needs and respond to them. We collaborate with staff and faculty about the tasks. We offer suggestions and advice in the leadership and financial department. Some of us also train and supervise the resident assistants.
